Types

1. Decelerative

In this type of tableskating a tableskater must be able to have high levels of endurance and agility in order to be able to withstand numerous loaded quadriceps while sprinting and pushing a tableskating skateboard to maximize the number of attempts a tableskater may have during a tableskating session. This is the most basic and the most difficult type of tableskating there is do to the shear amount of work there is to do, not to mention the fact that a tableskater must also account for variability of speed at launch time and landing.

2. Constant

This type of tableskating involves riding some kind of motorized skateboard that reaches a terminal velocity so that a tableskater can perform tableskating tricks at constantly controlled speeds.

This type of tableskating is the easiest for two main reasons.

3. Accelerative

This type of tableskating takes place when a tableskating table is installed or place on the side of a hill which would enable a tableskater's tableskating skateboard to increase speed as he or she rolled down the hill while skateboarding and fingerboarding.
